[初二] 听辨单词和词组

这种题型的各小题均给出四个读音有些近似的单词或短语，这些单词或短语有的含有某个共同的元音音素，有的则含有某个共同的辅音音素。在录音材料中，每题都是以单句或短对话形式出现，不是读单个的词或词组。

例题：从下列各组单词中选出在你所听到的句子或对话中所含有的那个选项。每题只读一遍。

解题指导：

听辨单词是竞赛听力测试中最容易的一种题型。做这种题时，应注意以下两点：

1．掌握单词的准确读音，注意辨别那些发音十分相近的单词。如：thin／thing，clothes／close，cap／cup，car／card，ear／year，doctor／daughter，horse／house，March／much，month／mouth，than／then，quiet／quite，food／foot等。

2．弄清所听句子或对话的意思。在句子或对话中考查单词的辨音比单纯考查单词的辨音难度虽然略大些，但只要对所听句子或对话的意思理解了，选出这个词是不难的。因为单词一旦出现在句子中，其含义就固定下来了。另外，在句子或对话中考查单词辨音，为英语中少量同音词的考查提供了可能。含同音词的辨音题必须以理解为前提。请看下题：

该题含有一组同音词meat与meet，但在所听句子中答案是唯一的：Don't eat too much meat．It's bad for your health，I think．
