（1）These are a few of the new golden rules of polite travelling compiled to form the basis of a national education campaign on good manners when going abroad. The drive was l_______② by the ruling party’s Spiritual Civilisation Steering Committee.

（3）Officials say, however, that getting people to follow these tips on how to avoid letting down the image of China will be a tough task.
