我国优秀男子标枪运动员“交叉步”和最后用力阶段超越器械动作的运动学研究摘要翻译对照

	摘   要   掷标枪技术是比较复杂的多轴旋转的投掷项目，其完整技术是通过持枪助跑获得最大的速度，连接投掷步获得动量，通过爆发式的最后用力作用在标枪的纵轴上，使标枪能沿着适宜的角度，将标枪经肩上掷出。现代掷标枪技术更加重视速度与用力的衔接技术。 本研究从运动学方面对掷标枪交叉步、最后用力阶段技术进行了较为全面的分析，提出了影响超越器械的相关指标，并对其中的主要因素及其相互关系进行了定量或定性分析。利用三维摄像手段对我国优秀男子标枪运动员投掷步阶段至标枪出手阶段进行了运动学分析，与运动员的实际投掷情况较为吻合，使教练员和运动员可以较为全面、准确地了解各因素对成绩的影响以及它们之间的相互关系，为分析掷标枪技术提供了科学、合理的方法。 分析表明，我国优秀男子标枪运动员下肢环节的积极蹬地前摆欠佳，躯干后倾角度变化幅度小，水平拉引角波动较大，导致身体重心水平速度下降，环节在高速运动中与超越器械的结合还不理想，超越器械不充分。     关键词：  标枪       交叉步     最后用力   超越器械     三维运动学研究           Abstract   Technology relatively complicated many throw projects javelin throw, its intact technologies through holding a javelin the run-up win most heavy speed, Join and throw step and get momentums, act on the end of the breaking out type the axis of ordinates of the javelin hard, Make javelin at suitable angle, throw and produce at shoulder javelin. Modern javelin throw technology pays attention to the speed with the technology of linking up that is exerted oneself further.
