[小四] “看”“开”英译种种

    英语中由于单词搭配关系不同，同一个汉字译成英语时用词也不同。下面分别以“看”、“开”为例：
   
    看电视watch TV，

    看足球赛 watch a football match,   

    看书/报  read a book/newspapers，

    向……外看  look out of... ,

    向上看  look up，

    看病  see a doctor，

    看电影  see a film，

    看见一只鸟  see a bird。

    开门  open the door，

    开会  have a meeting，

    开灯  turn on the light，

    开车  drive a car/bus，

    开玩笑  play a joke，

    开绿灯  give the GREen light，

    开心  be happy，

    开夜车  work late into the night，

    开饭  serve a meal，

    开恩  show mercy，

    开炮  fire a gun
