诚心诚意：from the bottom of your heart

真心实意：from the bottom of your heart； with your heart and soul
We want you to co-operate with us with your heart and soul．（我们希望你能真心实意地和我们合作。）
心口如一：speak one's mind
You can count on him as he is a man who speaks his mind．（他是一个心口如一的人，完全可以信赖。）
直截了当地说明某个问题时，我们会说：
打开天窗说亮话：put all cards on the table
Let's put all cards on the table．I come to collect payment of your debt．（咱们打开天窗说亮话吧，我是来催你还钱的。）
直言不讳：make no bones about ／of
make no bones about ／of这条成语本来是指一个人喝酒时，先把汤里的骨头找出来以免卡住喉咙引起麻烦。后转喻在没有麻烦的情况下干完某事。
I'll make no bones of it when he comes， but ask him what he meant by making such a statement．（他来时我要直言不讳，问他说这种话是什么意思。）
谈论某些问题时，有人可能会：
拐弯抹角：beat about the bush；talk in a round ／about way
I wish you would answer my questions more directly．Don't beat about the bush so much．（我希望你直截了当地回答我的问题，别老是这样拐弯抹角。）
但我们决不可以：
口是心非：cry with one eye and laugh with the other
You can often come across businessmen who cry with one eye and laugh with the other．（在商界，口是心非的家伙并不少见。）
