【老师】非常欢迎！今天咱们归纳打电话、感谢和应答与祝愿、祝贺和应答。 

【赵伟】请先归纳打电话用语行吗？

【老师】行。想与某人通话，可说：Hello！May I speak to．．．？想告诉对方打电话的目的，可说：I'm calling to tell／ask you．．．．电话中自我介绍要用：This is．．．（speaking）．／It's．．．here．问对方是谁可用：Who's that？／Who's speaking ／calling？

【孙丽】那对方怎样应答呢？

【老师】若对方正好是你要找的人，他／她会说：Yes，speaking．；若要找的人不在，代接电话的人会说：He ／She isn't here right now．；要对方稍等，不要挂断，可说：Hold on， please．；主动提出为对方带口信，可用：CanI take a message for you？

另外，通话完毕别忘互相说：Goodbye．。

【赵伟】Oh，I see．那感谢用语有哪些呢？

【老师】Thank you（very much）．／Thanks a lot．／Many thanks．／Thanks for sth．／doing sth．等，都是在接受帮助、听到赞扬、回答邀请等场合常用的感谢用语。应答时可用：Not at all．／That's all right．／You're welcome．／It's a pleasure．等。

【孙丽】该归纳祝愿、祝贺用语了吧？

【老师】是的。咱们分类归纳：

1．一般祝愿：Good luck！Best wishes to you．答语：Thank you．

2．节日祝愿：Happy New Year！Merry Christmas！答语：The same to you．

3．生日祝愿：Happy birthday to you．答语：Thank you．

4．送行祝愿：Have a nice ／good time． Enjoy yourselves！I wish you a good journey．I hope you have a good holiday．答语：Thank you．若对方也要出行，则说：You，too．

5．祝贺用语：Congratulations！Welldone！答语：Thank you．
