Listen to the following passage and answer the questions below.

On a cool autumn day,the leaves turned red and brown.They looked so beautiful.Xiao Lei and I had a picnic.As I was stronger than Xiao Lei,I climbed faster than her when we climbed the hill.

When we climbed to the top of the hill,we saw a group of pupils in twos and threes.They were sitting under a big tree,talking and laughing happi-ly.Now it was time for lunch,we joined the pupils,we shared our food with them:bread,eggs,milk,cakes and so on.Everyone was pleased with the lunch we had.After lunch we talked about a stream nearby.The stream was cool and clean.We could even see some fish swimming in it.As you know,not all the rivers and streams are as clean as that one.People often throw rubbish into them.The worst of it is that some big factories pour dirty water into them.We thought,“We should stop polluting the environment." In order to keep the stream clean,we put up several signs by the stream.We wrote on the sign,“Please keep the stream clean.”

It was time for us to go home.We said goodbye to the pupils.We hoped that we could meet them again some day.
